Easy Saucy Ramen Noodles Vegan (Druckversion)

# Zutaten:

→ Noodles

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning discarded

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon sugar
06 - 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 60 ml water

→ Aromatics & Oil

08 - 1 tablespoon oil, for sautéing
09 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
10 - 1 tablespoon minced shallots or onion
11 - 2 teaspoons chili flakes, or to taste

→ Garnishes & Optional Additions

12 - Sliced green onions, to garnish
13 - Sesame seeds, to garnish
14 - Pan-seared tofu, optional
15 - Additional vegetables of choice, optional

# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 1–2 minutes until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water until the sugar dissolves.
03 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and shallots until aromatic, about 1 minute. Sprinkle in chili flakes and stir briefly.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the aromatics. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Top with tofu or vegetables if desired.

# Hinweise:

01 - For extra texture, briefly pan-fry tofu cubes before adding as a topping.
02 - Adjust the chili flakes to suit your desired spice level.
