Beef Pasta in Tomatensoße (Druckversion)

Herzhaftes Nudelgericht mit Rindfleisch in aromatischer Tomatensoße, schnell und einfach angerichtet.

01 - 225 grams dried pasta
02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 450 grams lean ground beef
04 - 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
07 - 1 tablespoon instant beef or chicken bouillon granules
08 - 425 grams marinara tomato sauce
09 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

11 - 100 grams parmesan cheese, shredded
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring frequently, until translucent, about 2–3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, bouillon, and Italian seasoning, and cook until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking up any lumps, until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
04 - Stir in the marinara tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
05 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce until thoroughly combined.
06 - Mix in the chopped parsley and shredded parmesan. Stir until the cheese melts, about 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately.

# Hinweise:

01 - For best flavour, use freshly grated parmesan cheese and finish with extra parsley if desired.
