01 - 12 ounces cheese tortellini
02 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 cup cucumber, diced
04 - 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

→ Vinaigrette

07 - 1/4 cup olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Zubereitung:

01 - Boil cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain thoroughly and set aside to cool.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, black olives, and chopped fresh basil.
