# Zutaten:

→ Strawberry Base

01 - 12 medium to large fresh strawberries

02 - 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

06 - 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
07 - 1 tablespoon assorted sprinkles

# Zubereitung:

01 - Thoroughly wash and gently dry the strawberries. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise, keeping stems intact if desired.
02 - Use a small knife to score a shallow triangle into the cut side of each strawberry half. With a melon baller or small spoon, carefully remove a portion of the center to create space for the filling.
03 - Arrange the hollowed strawberries cut side down on absorbent paper towels and allow to drain for at least 2 minutes.
04 - Place the prepared strawberry halves onto a serving platter, spacing them evenly.
05 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Stir or whip until a smooth, airy consistency is achieved.
06 - Fill a piping bag fitted with a large tip, or a resealable plastic bag with one corner trimmed, with the prepared cream cheese mixture.
07 - Pipe the cream cheese mixture neatly into the center cavity of each strawberry half.
08 - Sprinkle each filled strawberry with graham cracker crumbs and assorted sprinkles. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
